Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad (MNLU Aurangabad, MNLUA)

The Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad (MNLU Aurangabad, MNLUA) is third national law university established under Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014 in the state of Maharashtra and the 21st National Law University in India. The MNLU Aurangabad is member institution of Consortium of NLUs.

At present the university offers 5 year Integrated programme in law leading to the award of BA LLB (Hons). Admissions are offered on the basis of score obtained in CLAT. The total number of seats offered are 50 which include seats reserved under Maharashtra Reservation Policy. The supernumerary seats are limited to 10. 

The MNLU Aurangabad delivers courses under semester system. In a semester there are minimum 90 workdays excluding examinations. Choice- Based Credit Based System (CBCS) for undergraduate degree course is offered.

BA LLB (Hons) programme students need to obtain a total of 200 credit points over a period of 10 semesters (five years).  The students shall be allowed to earn more credits from the courses offered by the external experts from time to time. Course structure is designed to impart 42 compulsory papers, 02 clinical papers and 06 optional papers. A wide range of optional papers are also offered.
